JEWELRY
Handmade art pieces are very delicate and require gentle care to keep their beauty. Even though Rhodium (a class of white gold) plating reduces the chance of corrosion but please take EXTRA CARE of ABSOLUTELY avoiding hair spray, perfume, and other substances containing corrosive chemicals. Like ALL silver, silvery accessories will naturally turn dark in contact when exposed in air, moisture, and even sweat for long period of time. DO NOT clean with detergents. Cleaning cloth dedicated for cleaning silver is recommended for gentle cleaning. At times when not being worn, accessories should be stored individually in a soft pouch or a velvet box to prevent scratching. We take extra care in inspecting EVERY piece before shipping, especially on the joint and moving parts. Please refrain from exerting excessive force in bending and pushing on the moving parts. Again, handmade art pieces are delicate, treat them like your little babies the way we do ;)

Polymer clay pieces can last many years with the proper care and handling. However, polymer clay can be very fragile when mistreated. It can crack and dent fairly easily, much like earth clays. Elegana offers the following care tips to help you keep your items looking beautiful for years to come.

Polymer clay objects are very easy to take care of. Usually, an occasional dusting with tiny air blower (not our hair dryer) is all they require to keep them beautiful.
Please DO NOT WASH with soap, alcohol, or similar chemicals. You should keep harsh chemicals away from polymer items. Do not use glass or multi-purpose cleaners (Formula 409, Windex, etc.).
